All products offered on stussy-amaya.com are described as accurately as possible, including photos, descriptions, sizes, and prices.
Stussy Amaya reserves the right to:

- Withdraw a product without notice
- Correct any pricing or description errors
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency selected during browsing and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Stussy Amaya reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applied to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase confirmation.
4. Orders

- Confirm your order

6. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:

- Europe: 4 to 8 business days
- International: 5 to 12 business days
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
7. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original packaging
- With intact tags
- Free from any damage
Non-returnable items:
- Personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Worn underwear and accessories
8. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
9. Warranties
All products sold on stussy-amaya.com benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects.

We will offer an appropriate solution: exchange, replacement, or full refund.
