Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy – Stussy Amaya Last updated: May 2026

At Stussy Amaya, we strive to provide quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may submit a return request under the conditions below.

1. Return Window You have 14 days after receiving your order to submit a return request. To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be returned in its original condition
  • Be sent back in its original packaging
  • Show no signs of wear or damage

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged after receipt
  • Worn underwear and accessories

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos if the product is defective or incorrect

No return will be accepted without prior approval from our team.

4. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:

  • An error on our part
  • A defective or damaged item upon receipt

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Stussy Amaya cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return transit.

5. Refunds Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Defective Items or Order Errors If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. We will find an appropriate solution: exchange, replacement, or refund.

7. Uncollected Packages or Incorrect Address If a package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address
  • Incomplete information
  • An uncollected package

Additional re-shipping fees may be requested.
